Lambung Mangkurat Museum

Lambung Mangkurat Museum tourist attraction is a museum in South Kalimantan province, located in the city of Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. Travel time to the location that is ± 25 minutes by using four-wheeled vehicle and two wheels, from the City of Banjarmasin, or ± 35 minutes by motorcycle.

Saving various historical and cultural heritage as well as an overview of the South face in various aspects of natural life and its natural potential. originated from Borneo Museum, founded by the Dutch Government in 1907 in Banjarmasin. Due to the inclusion of Japanese colonization, the arcing of Museum Borneo ended and continued by Governor Milono with the establishment of the Museum of Borneo on 22 December 1955. Gastric Mangkurat Museum was built in 1974 and inaugurated by the Minister of Education and Culture Daoed Joesoef on January 10, 1979.
