Sarabba

SARABBA is typical drink made from a mixture of spices, coconut milk, brown sugar, ginger, and little pepper. Then, served hot with yellow chicken or duck eggs and supplemented with sweetened condensed milk. In Indonesian language it is called serbat (sherbet).

Actually, the base ingredients of sarabba are natural medicine that can recover your body to be fit again. Warmth of ginger, milk, and eggs will make you fresh. Sarabba usually drunk at night when the cold air ambushing.
