Paniai Lake in the sunset time is so exotic and romantic.There are two biggest tribes around Paniai Lake : Mee Tribe and Moni Tribe.
Paniai lake have many fish species and the most beautiful one is rainbow fish (Melanotaenia ayamaruensis), this fish is the most wanted fish because of its economic price and beauty. a rare prawn species we call it cheating prawn but the real name is Cherax albertisii. This creature has big tweezers like a crab, the taste is really good, it's sweet and fresh.
